No, At this time we can only ship to the continental U.S.

2) Are there any hidden costs I should worry about?

 

Absolutely none! As a company founded on integrity, we promise that there will be no surprises after checkout. We do charge a $3.50 handling fee and shipping. This small handling fee allows us to keep our prices low. Remember, the fee is per order, not item so order as much as you like.

Yes, We use our handling fee as a way of keeping our costs low. We charge only $3.50 per order, not item. Order as much as you please, the more you order the less our handling fee will affect you.

4) How do you calculate shipping?

 

We us a formula based on the cost of your order. We are working aon a weight based system, However that is a ways away. If you would like to place a larger order, email us for a shipping quote. We will do our best to get you the best shipping rate possible.

5) Do I have to pay sales tax?

 

Yes, If you live in Connecticut, we must charge you sales tax. If an item is shipped to CT, we must assume you live in CT and charge tax.

6) Do you have a return policy?

 

Yes, we charge a 15% restocking fee. We charge this fee to keep our prices down. All our items are name brand new items and should arrive in perfect condition. In the event of damge in shipping, we will work with you to resolve the problem with the shipper. Our shippers are good, however don't sign for something you think may be damged.
